For businesses and managed IT clients, our service area extends significantly further (up to 1.5 hours). Not sure if you're in range? Send us a message—we're happy to check!

You'll see availability for both residential and business support with three possible statuses: 'Guaranteed' (green badge) means we regularly service your area with confirmed availability, 'May Be Possible' (yellow badge) means you're outside our standard area but we often travel further for business clients or larger projects, and 'Unavailable' means the location is too far for regular on-site visits. Residential support is calculated from our Springfield office (within 30-90 minutes), while business support is calculated from our Windsor location (within 60-120 minutes)—business clients have more generous thresholds because larger projects justify longer travel. Remote support is always available regardless of location.
We prioritize urgent issues and do our best to offer same-day support whenever possible. While guaranteed response times are reserved for our managed IT clients, we frequently help new clients with emergencies on the same day. We offer transparent hourly rates and flat-fee project pricing. For residential support, our rate is $120/hour (plus a travel fee for on-site visits).
